So let's start this off with one of my all time favorite dishes: Tacos! In our house, this is served at least one Tuesday a month.
- 6 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 4 Tbsp Onion Flakes
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tsp Mexican Oregano
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Ground Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Sea Salt
- 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Mix it up and store in an airtight container.
- Cook hamburger meat over medium-high heat until brown and crumbly.
- Drain fat, then add 1/4 cup of the mix and 2/3 cup of water per pound of meat.
- Reduce heat and simmer until liquid is nearly evaporated, stirring occasionally.
